Atlantic Roofers Ontario Ltd. was established in Hamilton, Ontario in 1990. The Company was incorporated by Arthur Allain who was the Founder of Atlantic Roofers Ltd. Mr. Allain had established and developed successful regional offices throughout all the Provinces in Atlantic, Canada starting in 1972.

Since 1990, Atlantic Roofers Ontario Ltd. has become a successful Company committed to providing safe, efficient and cost effective service with quality workmanship. Our respected Management team has now worked together for over 20 years and continues to strive at the Company’s Commitment to Excellence.

Atlantic Roofers Ontario Ltd. is a member in good standing in the following Associations:

Ontario Industrial Roofing Contractors Association (O.I.R.C.A.)

Canadian Roofing Contractors Association (C.R.C.A.)

Hamilton-Halton Construction Association (H.H.C.A.)

All of our employees are fully trained and experienced in Built-Up Roofing, Cold Applied Roofing, Modified Bitumen and in Single Ply Roofing. In addition to new construction and re-roofing, we provide preventative maintenance and emergency repairs throughout Southern Ontario. Our Company carries $10,000,000.00 Liability Insurance and has access to Bonding for any size of project.

Atlantic Roofers Ontario Ltd. is in good standing with the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) and provides mandatory safety training of all its employees including:

In 1994, Tony Pocobene joined Atlantic Roofers Ontario Ltd. and became President and General Manager of the Ontario operation. Mr. Pocobene’s vision was simple. He wanted to carry on Mr. Allain’s vision which was a Commitment to Excellence.

In 1997, Rick King joined the Company to oversee the estimating and sales department. Mr. King is currently the Vice-President of the Company.

In 1999, Joe Restivo also joined the Company as an estimator. Mr. Restivo is currently Chief Estimator.
